ABOUT US | ROBERT EGENOLF
Robert F. Egenolf, JD, LLM, Founder Principal partner in the law firm of Egenolf Associates LLP in Santa Barbara, Rob has specialized in real estate law and taxation for over 33 years. Rob earned an undergraduate degree in Business and Economics and a Juris Doctorate from The United States International University, and a Masters in Law in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law graduating first in his class. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1973 and has focused on real property law and complex exchange transactions throughout his career. Rob has been involved in thousands of exchanges all over the world involving properties valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He has lectured nationwide on this often complex and ever-changing subject. Rob founded Santa Barbara Exchange Corporation in 1984, and founded the first national intermediary company in partnership with First American Title Company in 1986. He co-founded Amherst Exchange Corporation in 1988.
